How could we have forgotten to plant rosemary? Oh well, dried will have to do until next year!
One of the best features of a garden? Fresh herbs right outside the door, ready to use for dinner.
I had to laugh when I got to the rosemary picture. Of course, being familiar with the song, I knew rosemary would be next. Thank you for a good laugh. :D And yes, fresh herbs are just delightful!
Shannon, how do you use your fresh sage? We have tons of it, but I'm short on recipes that call for it.
I also got a giggle out of your "rosemary" picture! :-) We have ours in a pot so we can bring it indoors in the winter... the smell of fresh rosemary is so wonderful!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the rosemary picture ;) Our herbs are even (unintentionally) in the right order, except for that pesky rosemary!
Laura, I actually haven't found many uses for sage -- our Betty Crocker meatloaf recipe calls for it. And I used some the other day when I made roasted potatoes, along with some thyme.
Ha HA! Love the rosemary picture!

ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteI laughed too when I saw the rosemary picture, so I showed it to my Mother. She laughed too, so then my sister asked to see. Then she also chuckled!
Very funny!
Have a very bright, very cheerful day!
Miss Eyebright
That was so very funny! Thanks for lightening the mood of my day.
ReplyDeleteLots of love,
Sommer
